1. Operational Alignment

By retaining the services of Forge First ("Agency"), the corporate entity or individual client engaging us ("Client") accepts these structural binding operational conditions in full.

2. Intellectual Allocation

Until final project completion balances are settled in full, all proprietary source configurations, interface structural assets, and design layouts remain under the explicit ownership of the Agency. Upon final settlement, global IP transfers completely to the client.

3. Client Provision Demands

Project timelines rely heavily on efficient feedback loops. If critical data assets or necessary technical approvals delay past 14 business days, project execution windows are subject to rescheduling queues.
